Q: What kind of fish will we catch?
A: We fish for several species in the area. We catch redfish, speckled trout, black drum, flounder, and sometimes we even get hold of a shark! Did you know that a stringer consisting of redfish, trout and flounder is called a "Texas Grand Slam"? Not only do these fish put on great fight, they are also extremely tasty!

Q: What should I bring on the trip?
A: We provide necessary tackle and bait; however, you should also bring the following:

  • Polarized Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Cap or Hat
  • Fishing License with Saltwater Stamp
  • Ice Chest to Transport Your Catch Home
  • Flip Flops, Sneakers (Old Pair if Wade Fishing), Wading Shoes
  • Camera for Taking Pictures of Your Catch (Waterproof is HIGHLY reccommended)

Q: Are these trips safe for Children?
A: Yes! We take every precaution to make sure that you and your family are safe. We constantly monitor weather conditions and routinely maintain our equipment. There is nothing like getting the whole family together and experiencing a fun-filled day of fishing and beautiful Texas weather!

Q: Do people get seasick on your fishing trips?
A: Sea sickness is not something that occurs very often on our trips. We do not suggest you drink alcohol heavily the night before, nor do we suggest you eat a heavy meal. If you are concerned about sea sickness, we reccommend that you talk to your physican so they can either provide you with proper medication or give you suggestions about preparing for the trip.

Q: What if I've never fished before?
A: No worries. We love teaching people how to fish and sharing the experience that leads to a life-long passion. We will teach you everything you need to know to be a successful angler.
